Oral Reprimands

An oral reprimand is a form of discipline. It is verbally delivered to an officer who is found to have violated APD Policy by his/her supervisor after review of an Internal Affairs investigation. An oral reprimand is documented in the form of a memo. This document lists details of the violation as well as the pertinent policies.
