That's a Wrap for Earth Month
For our office, one of the busiest times of the year is April. After all, Earth Month is the time when many are coming together to spread the word about conservation, climate change, and protecting our environment. In Central Texas, the weather in April can be a bit of a toss-up between absolutely gorgeous or a stormy mess, and this year was no different. Heavy rains and wind resulted in several events being moved or rescheduled earlier in the month. Nevertheless, we were out-and-about, talking to Austinites all over town about what our office does, why it’s important, and how they can get involved. Here’s where we were:
Earth Week at Austin Community College Highland Campus
IBM Earth Day Festival
Kid's Block Party at the Central Library
Once There Were Six Seasons at the Dougherty Center for the Arts
Barton Creek Square Mall Earth Month Festival
