Location: 1100 West Parmer Lane (7-Eleven store)
Deceased: Daniel Peter Foti, White male, born 03/29/1986
The Austin Police Department (APD) has identified the deceased victim in the fatality on Friday, June 25 at 1100 W. Parmer Lane as Daniel Peter Foti.
At approximately 11:59 p.m. Austin 911 received a call from the clerk working at the 7-Eleven location. The clerk advised that a silver vehicle had run over a male multiple times in the parking lot. The male victim was transported to the hospital but was pronounced deceased a short time later.
APD homicide investigators and crime scene personnel arrived to begin processing the scene.
As is the case with every deceased person who is not under a doctor’s care, APD is investigating this death as suspicious until and unless it can be ruled otherwise through autopsy results and other pertinent evidence and information. In an effort to better understand the circumstances, investigators are interested in speaking with the driver of the vehicle pictured and described below.
The vehicle is described as:
Silver or grey, likely 2017-2020 Honda hatchback
