On Saturday, November 2, 2024, at approximately 3:38 a.m., Austin Police Department (APD) Officers responded to a crash involving a single motorcycle in the 600 Block E Anderson Ln SVRD WB. The driver of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene.

This incident is being investigated as Austin’s 74th fatal crash of 2024, resulting in 79 fatalities. On the date of this crash in 2023, 76 fatal crashes resulted in 79 fatalities.
