Twice the Flights, Twice the Opportunity: Austin to London, Now with More Flexibility for Central Texas Travelers.
AUSTIN, Texas – British Airways announced today they will increase nonstop flights from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) to London Heathrow (LHR) with a twice daily service, six days a week, starting on March 31, 2025. The route will be serviced by British Airway’s fleet of Boeing 787-10 aircraft that features a dual-aisle configuration and is the aircraft manufacturer’s most fuel-efficient aircraft to date.
British Airways was the first airline to introduce Central Texas to nonstop flights to Europe with the launch of AUS’s first transatlantic flight in 2014 and has been serving Austinite and Central Texas travelers ever since with service to London. Once in London, travelers can explore the United Kingdom or connect seamlessly from London Heathrow to the airline’s route network of over 190 destinations across more than 65 countries.
