The Austin Police Department (APD) Sex Crimes Unit requests the public's help in identifying a suspect, whose sketch is included above, in a case involving Attempted Sexual Assault. 

On Saturday, February 8, 2025, at approximately 9:30 a.m., APD officers responded to a Sex Crime Urgent call in the 6900 block of FM 969 Road. The victim stated that a male grabbed her sexually and then ran away.

The suspect is described as:

• Black male
• Possibly in his 20s
• Approximately 5’6”-5'9"
• Approximately 200 lbs
• Medium to heavy build
• No facial hair

The suspect was last seen wearing:

• Black sweatshirt
• Black pants
