Location: 1500 block of East Anderson Lane
The Austin Police Department (APD) Robbery Unit is requesting public assistance with identifying a suspect involved in an Aggravated Robbery that occurred in the 1500 block of East Anderson Lane on Friday, January 31, 2025, at approximately 6:46 p.m.
On the above date, a victim reported that he had property stolen out of his vehicle. The victim stated that he tracked his items to the 1500 block of East Anderson Lane, where he located the suspect and his vehicle. The victim used his vehicle in an attempt to block the suspect vehicle from fleeing. The suspect vehicle was then used as a weapon to hit the victim’s vehicle multiple times. The suspect vehicle then left the scene. The victim did not sustain any injuries in the incident. A photo and description of the suspect are included below.
The suspect is described as:
- White or Hispanic male
- 20-30 years of age
- Brown hair
- Thin build
- Stubble facial hair
The suspect was last seen wearing:
- Black shirt
- Black pants
- Black stocking cap
- Black gloves
- Tattoos on both arms
