Missing:     Cathie McCown (76 years of age)

The Austin Police Department (APD) Missing Persons Unit is requesting help in locating 76-year-old Cathie McCown.

Ms. McCown was last seen on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, around 3:45 a.m. at the Double Tree Hotel-Arboretum located at 8901 Business Park Drive. Ms. McCown has Alzheimer’s and can be non-verbal at times. APD is concerned about her safety and immediate welfare.

Ms. McCown is described as:

• White female
• 5’0”
• Approximately 99 pounds
• Dark hair with gray streaks, wears hair down
• Scarring at the top of her head

Ms. McCown was last seen wearing:

• Red top
• Salmon colored undershirt
• Levi’s blue jeans
• Brown leather shoes with no socks
• Has wrist wrap on right wrist
