Location:          Convenience store located at 809 Vargas Rd.
 
The Austin Police Department Aggravated Assault Unit is requesting public assistance with identifying multiple suspects involved in a drive-by shooting located at 809 Vargas Rd. on November 18, 2020 around 9 p.m. The suspects pulled into the store and shortly after, the driver got into a disturbance with a subject on scene. The suspects left and then returned firing multiple shots at the subject, hitting the occupied building in the process.

Suspect # 1 Described as:

• Hispanic Male
• Early 20s
• Thin build
• Blue Polo T-shirt, blue jeans
• White Shoes
• Curly hair and light mustache  

Suspect #2 Described as:

• Hispanic Female
• Early 20s
• Occupying Passenger seat of vehicle
• Yellow Tank top, blue jeans
• Long Dark Hair  

Suspect #3 Described as:

• Hispanic Male
• Early 20s
• Heavy set build
• Blue Nike shirt with print “GO YARD” on the front
• Short Black hair
