The Austin Police Department (APD) Aggravated Assault Unit is requesting the public's assistance with any information in connection to an Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon at 1801 E. 51st Street (H-E-B).
 
On Saturday, August 17, 2024, at approximately 9:50 p.m., two suspects in a white sedan, whose photos and descriptions are included below, fired multiple gunshots at victims as they walked out of H-E-B, into the parking lot. The two suspects left the scene in a white sedan and were last seen exiting the North West H-E-B entrance/exit onto E. 51st Street.
 
Suspect 1 (driver) is described as:

• Hispanic Male
• Slim build, black curly hair
• Wearing a white t-shirt with the black Nike logo on the left chest area, dark-colored pants, white shoes, and multiple chains around the neck

Suspect 2 (passenger/shooter) is described as:

• Hispanic Male
• Slim build, black curly hair
• Wearing a red sleeveless shirt, dark-colored pants, and Nike shoes

The suspect vehicle is described as:

• White 2-door sedan
• Possibly a Honda Civic
• Tinted windows
• Sunroof
• No front license plate
