Location:  917 West Anderson Lane – Delitzel Jewelry

On Saturday, August 26, 2023, at approximately 2:00 p.m., Austin Police Department (APD) officers responded to a call reporting a theft at Delitzel Jewelry store located at 917 West Anderson Lane.

The suspect, whose photo and description are included in this release, entered the jewelry store and asked about a gold chain. As the store employee removed the gold chain from the jewelry case, the suspect grabbed the gold chain and ran out of the store.
 
The suspect is described as:

• Hispanic male
• Between 16 to 17 years of age
• Between 5’5” and 5’6” tall
• Approximately 130 lbs.
• Thin build
• Goatee/mustache
• Black short hair
• He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black basketball shorts with red/white stripe down the side.
