The Austin Police Department Robbery Unit is requesting the public's assistance with identifying a suspect involved in a Robbery by Assault that occurred at the Gamestop located at 9300 S IH 35. The incident occurred on Monday, December 4, 2023, at approximately 10:34 a.m. 
 
The suspect, whose description and photos are included in this release, entered the store and attempted to steal merchandise from the Gamestop. When the clerk confronted him, the suspect physically attacked the clerk and caused injuries.
 
The suspect is described as:

• White male
• Between 20 to 30 years of age
• 5’ 8” tall
• Approximately 150 lbs.
• He was last seen wearing a light blue, short-sleeve collared shirt, and a bandana on his head
