The Austin Police Department (APD) requests the public’s assistance with identifying a person of interest in connection to an Assault with Injury that happened at The Ballroom at Spiderhouse, located at 2906 Fruth Street. The incident occurred between 4:57 p.m. and 5:53 p.m., on Saturday, October 14, 2023.
 
The person of interest is described as:

• White male
• Heavy build
• Late 20’s to mid 30’s years of age
• He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black pants, and black sneakers with white stripes on the sides.
