Location:  9700 block of Reservoir Court – Bare Cabaret

The Austin Police Department (APD) Aggravated Assault Detectives request the public’s help with identifying two suspects in connection to an Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon that occurred on Sunday, September 24, 2023, at approximately 6:00 a.m. The incident happened in the 9700 block of Reservoir Court.

APD Detectives and Crime Scene Specialists responded to process the scene and located multiple bullet casings.
 
The suspect, whose description is included in this release, fired several gunshots outside Bare Cabaret before leaving the scene in a white Mercedes-Benz vehicle. A bystander was shot in the foot as a result of this incident.
 
 
 
The suspect is described as:

• Black male
• Mid to late 20's
• Shoulder-length dreadlocks

 
The suspect vehicle:

• White Mercedes-Benz
