On Sunday, November 26, 2023, at approximately 4:20 a.m., Austin Police Department (APD) officers responded to reports of a shooting at 13717 Burnet Road. Officers arrived on scene and located a single victim with an apparent gunshot wound. Witnesses at the scene stated they did not see the suspect who shot the victim. EMS responded to the scene and transported the victim to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Detectives continue to search for leads and are requesting the community's assistance with any information related to this incident.
