The City of Austin has made a series of code amendments to the City’s Land Development Code (LDC), known as the HOME amendments. The goal of these changes is to provide more housing types and increase housing supply within single-family zoned areas of Austin.  

This year, The City of Austin created an interdepartmental task force to improve the development process and accessibility to utilize HOME. 

The HOME Task Force invites you to share your experience with the HOME development process, designed to provide more housing types and increase housing supply with in single-family zoned areas of Austin.
