Get Ready Central Texas Emergency Preparedness Fair

The Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEM) is hosting their third Get Ready Central Texas Emergency Preparedness Fair, designed to help individuals and families be prepared in advance of an emergency or disaster. ARR will be sharing information on how to stay updated on collection services during an emergency, how to handle downed tree limbs during a storm and proper recycling and composting tips if food is spoiled during a power outage. We will also be giving out kitchen compost collectors and BPI-certified compostable bags.
