This 5-week class is an introduction to fall vegetable and herb gardening taught by Master Gardener Harve' Franks. Participants will learn about what plants grow best in during the fall season in Central Texas.
Students will also learn how to cultivate the soil, propagate seeds, harvest plants, compost and design fall vegetable and herb gardens. Additional topics will include culinary mushroom inoculation processes, medicinal plant usages, and the folklore surrounding them. RSVP today!
