Business Expansion Program (BEP)

If you’re looking to expand your business, relocate to Austin, or strengthen your workforce, the Business Expansion Program (BEP) can provide pay-for-performance incentives for high-impact projects that meet employment growth goals.

Place-Based Enhancement Program (PBEP)

For local small businesses, legacy businesses, nonprofits, cooperatives, and creative sector organizations, the Place-Based Enhancement Program (PBEP) offers commercial affordability relief through annual pay-for-performance incentives for approved real estate development projects.
