✨ Sábados en Familia is a free kids’ cultural arts and crafts program delivered by the Emma S. Barrientos Mexican-American Cultural Center. This month, students will learn about the symbolism of the poinsettia including its various connections to Aztec and Christian traditions. They will read Atzi's Flowers: Imagining the Story before the Legend of the Poinsettia by Carol Lynn Mitchell and make a paper poinsettia to take home.

⏰ Schedule:
Live book reading at 10:00am followed by hands-on art making activity that continues until 12:00pm.
