Sea Legs Dance company presents "Make New Friends" a playful show about human connection and comradery. Come experience stories of community & resilience told through contemporary dance.
Throughout the show, each dance work presents the phenomenon of making new connections & relationships. Through movement narratives, dancers tell stories of strength, humor, and the risk it takes to make new friends.
Sea Legs Dance is a local Austin dance company that strives to create work that is accessible, interactive, and engaging to all different levels of dance goers. Whether this is your first dance show or your hundredth, Sea Legs Dance welcomes you.
This show is family friendly. There will be two performances at the Dougherty Arts Center on September 8 and 9, each beginning at 8pm.
