ACDBE PUBLIC CONSULTATION

As required by Section 49 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 23, the City of Austin hereby publishes proposed overall goals for its Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Program, for Austin Bergstrom International Airport.

 

The proposed overall goal in Federal Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 through Federal Fiscal Year 2026 is 10.39% for the participation of ACDBEs in Austin Bergstrom International Airport's non-car rental concessions and a proposed goal of 4.54% for the participation of ACDBEs in Austin Bergstrom International Aiport’s car rental concession contracts for which the US Department of Transportation (DOT) provides financial assistance.

 

A public meeting will be held for the purpose of consulting with stakeholders to obtain information relevant to the goal-setting process.

The methodology document used in developing the FY 2024 - FY 2026 ACDBE proposed goals are available for inspection during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.), until March 23, 2024, at the following location: 505 Barton Springs Rd., 5th Floor, Austin, TX 78704.

 

Austin Bergstrom International Airport will receive and consider public comments on the proposed goals until March 23, 2024 which is 30 days from the initial date of notice. Written comments may be delivered to the above address.
