On March 14, 2023, the OPO received an email complaint.

was rude to them and refused to help them regarding their stolen vehicle. They mentioned
that the person with APD who answered told them that it was their cellphone, and the caller
is wanting to know why they are conducting business using their cellphone. The caller has
been refusing to contact the Office of the Police Oversight and says they trust providing us
(311) the complaints instead.
