The complainant alleges: Saw a cop SUV changing lanes recklessly without a turn signal. There was a lot of traffic and they didn't have their emergency lights on or anything. This is risky driving. They shouldn't just act like traffic laws don't apply to them because they can't get caught. They put people at risk. Traffic regulations like that exist for a reason. Time is approximate.
