The complainant alleges: An officer driving squad car cut him and several other drivers off. The complainant was driving a very expensive car at the time. The officer proceeded to change highways speeding and cutting several more cars off. The complainant is reporting the incident because it was not safe at all. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
