Complaint: Officers were dispatched to a disturbance that involved the complainant's daughter
and the daughter's boyfriend. The complainant and her daughter requested that officers remove
the boyfriend from the apartment. The complainant is alleging that officers allowed the boyfriend
to enter the residence, close the door, and physically assaulted her daughter after they arrived on
scene. Additionally, no action was taken when the daughter informed officers she had just been
assaulted.
Additional information: The complainant contacted the OPO after speaking with a supervisor.
