STARTED RUNNING YELLING AT DISPATCHER TO HELP, ISN'T IT ASSAULT
EVEN IF THERE IS NO ACTUAL CONTACT BUT A THREAT OF HARM AS MR
CHARGED TOWARD ME IN A VIOLENT STATE, CAUSE I CALL
NARCOTICS, AN SEE OUT 6 TIMES I CALL THE POLICE FOR HELP OVER THE

THING HE ALWAYS SAYS IS MR DON'T CU E, AS IF THE OFFICER
HAS THE RIGHT TO INTIMIDATE ME OR DEPRIVE ME OF MY LIBERTY BY
ALWAYS REMEMBERING SOMETHING HE SAID I DID TO HIM, BUT I WAS

This notice of formal complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation in
order to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
