call to 311 to open a case of Identity Theft, we were referred to our local agency -
. It was determined that the APD Officer mis-identified the
and listed my wife
as the driver to unit 1. This error has caused financial damages for increased insurance rates as
well as attorney costs to defend against the law suit due to this Officer's error. Upon calling back
to 311 via the Oversight return call - APD did call and stated that
was not listed on the report
