The complainant alleges: The complainant alleges that for years, the police don't believe him and take other people's word over his. He called APD and they went and spoke to the other people instead of coming to him. When they did speak with him they accused him of being a drug addict. For years he would show police that he was the owner of the house (that he has now sold because he was being threatened) and they would investigate him to see if he had any tickets and treat him very bad. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
