The complainant alleges: Officer issued a false report. Officer only listened to the other family members as witnesses but did not include her boyfriend as a witness. The officer arrested her because it was reported that she pinned a boy against his car and his car was damaged, but that did not happen. The report stated she was on the side of the road, but she was in her parking space. Officer report was false because it was "he said/she said" with no proof of what happened. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
