The complainant alleges: On or around the date of I, a 100% disabled veteran was brutally beaten by 2 felons and I was handcuffed and threatened jail but I requested medical attention and I was taken to the hospital for care and released. A week later I called to ask what was going on with the investigation and I was told that there was no investigation and that I fell off my bike. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
