On June 27, 2022, the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges:
+ his girlfriend
attacked me
in my apt.
a UT football player knew the cops that showed up that day. They
recognized his name. Cause number
case is a internal police number
punched me through 2 doors and his gf straggled me.
county prosecutor calls me to tell me
case is still pending and the DA dropped
strangulation case. I call the DA no record of any DV I have ever gone through
that were felonies! The DA + county told me that they have no jurisdiction over police
depts closing cases with physical evidence and witnesses. APD NEVER SENT THEM
THE STRANGULATION CASE! APD + Internal Affairs are closing reports + OPO
complaints about POLICE MISCONDUCT and felony + misdemeanor crimes this dept
is
covering up and not reporting to federal agencies or county. Victims are unable to get
relocation, compensation, medical bills , protection orders, housing through VAWA
because of these conflicting interests w/in IA + proper jurisdiction of complaints and public
safety or welfare within Travis county Police Dept., DA, County prosecutor, Attorney
General, Dept of Justice and ATX independent police oversight committee. Documented

determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
