The complainant alleges: She does not know the date, but the incidents have been ongoing. The most recent event was in the afternoon possibly last week. When APD responded the officer was very rude and accused her of imagining the incidents. She has been harassed by the neighbors for months and she wants them to leave her alone. The police should not pass their opinion and treat her like she does not know what she is talking about. When she asks the police for help, they come to her apartment, but they don't do anything. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
