The complainant alleges: He was driving northbound on with his pregnant wife in the car. An APD unit tailed him for a long time and speeded past him. When he switched lanes, the officer continued to follow behind him. The officer began swerving from the far-left to far-right lanes with no emergency lights. As he reached the office cut three lanes at once and all most caused him and 2 other cars to have an accident. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
