The complainant alleges: He was turning onto and did not see a police car in his mirror - he did not hit them but guess they were irritated. The police car proceeded to go around him and began flashing hand signs out of the window as they passed and then speeded up to go around him and used a thumbs down out the window. His opinion is that it was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate the way the officers reacted. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
