The complainant alleges: Detective was supposed to be in charge of getting the complainant's stolen assault rifle back to him. There was camera footage of the event and employee witnesses. The complainant has been trying to contact the detective and he never calls the complainant back. The complainant has tried to reach the detective's supervisors and has not received a return phone call. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
