The complainant alleges: Resident lives near and states that motorcycle drivers have become increasingly aggressive and reckless on that road. Resident believes the police are not doing their jobs and paying attention to motorcycle riders. Resident received information for his District Rep and asks for this information to be relayed to the Office of Police Oversight as well. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
