The complainant alleges: I just got threatened by some county employees at the office. They threatened to me up on video in front of two officers, and another officer, and they failed to do anything about upholding the law. The terroristic threats and threats of assault are not supposed to be done in front of the cops and get away with it but it looks like the cops are defending other government employees. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
