The complainant alleges: Officers were at harassing and trying to detain people. Car with two law officers in it. The complainant is scared to come outside because he is being harassed because he is a Black male. Officers are not keeping the community safe. They tried to charge him with criminal trespassing for recording in a public place; he can record whatever he wants to. Y'all need to make sure their body cam is on and they're doing what they're supposed to be doing. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
