The complainant alleges: As she was walking on , she was in an argument with someone, verbal not physical. As she was trying to avoid the situation and walk away, she had to walk past APD officers. They were the same officers that continuously harass her and takes her to jail. She has filed on before one of the officers before. Officer slammed her to the ground SO hard he jammed her finger and chipped her tooth. She is in the process of suing APD. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
