The complainant alleges: I was at work had to call for police help. I was then informed I had a warrant for family violence I was then taken to jail. I bonded out after 24 hrs. I was given the det info on this case. I was never notified of these matters or had any contact with police in regards to this family violence. I do not even know why I was falsely charged without an investigation or being contacted. Case This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
