The complainant alleges: Resident is submitting a complaint about an unidentified APD officer. Resident called APD and an officer responded to the resident's home. Resident states the officer acted as though the resident was doing something wrong instead of trying to report an issue. The officer questioned the resident's mother outside, then started questioning the resident as though he was trying to catch him in a lie. Officer mentioned that he was recording their conversation and asked him questions repeatedly, frightening the resident. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
