The complainant alleges: Anonymous resident states there has been an ongoing issue of loud music being played at the location below. They state they have been reporting the issue since , but nothing has been done. Residents already had information on their APD District Rep. Since there have been seventy (70) APD - Non Emergency Noise/Alarm service requests from that address. For these, a CAD call is usually made and the service request is closed. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
