The complainant alleges: Anonymous complainant alleges: Sgt and his Cpl are very crooked. They spray innocent civilians with pepper spray, they get involved in R2R"s without reporting them, and they lie on their reports. Sgt is a disgrace to this Department and his former employees would agree. He's lazy and does NOT serve this City. All his past things need to be investigated. He has no business being a Sgt. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
