OF DIAL OFFICE OF POLICE OVERSIGHT FOUNDED NOTICE OF COMPLAINT December 16, 2022 ICMS #: 2022-1130 On December 14, 2022, the OPO received an email complaint. The complainant alleges: Resident is submitting a complaint about APD not assisting her with an ongoing issue. Resident is a patrolling guard and she has reported about a woman who has threatened, spit on, and assaulted the resident, as well as damaged the location the resident works at and has cut air conditioning units. Resident has incidents on video and has a police report. However, APD has not done anything and appears not to care about the issue. Police Report: This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
