On December 13, 2022, the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: SO on
officer
took me to jail from
for trespassing and that i vacated
my residents and was told by managment not to come back which is an lie SO what
happened was i was already inside apartment
and the officer came up there and
knocked on the door then he walked off when i came outside then thats when all the
questining started first in foremost i never vacated that apartment which officer
shouldnt have spoke on that because thats an civil matter and thats why they have
constables to take care of evictions right the second thing i was in an program front steps
which at the time was contracted by the city of austin. SO i recieved an lifetime voucher
and by law due to me being in that program the locks on that door cannot i repeat cannot
by change are can i recieve any kind of eviction but i also have all kinds of evidence to
prove this all yall have to do is look my name up and watch the videos i also will be going
to the police evidence place to pick up both my backpacks because officer
explained to me again on camera thats were my backpack will be at but anyways i should
have never went to jail for criminal trespassing the lease is in my name i never vacated that
apartment and that officer should have never been questioning me about any evictions or
anything that has to do with civil matters he should have read me my rights first before he
even started questioning me but i had been off my meds and i deal with deppression and
anxiety i was an doctor dinosed me with that SO i tend to keep my meds on my person
which is also on the police video as well all im asking is that somebody look in to this for
me my name is
go look at the police report i never recieved any
warning to not come back to
apartment because i live there and like i said in
order for me to recieve an criminal tresspass on
i would have had to left the
property then came back right. and no i never recieved any ticket during this interaction
also i do believe officer
inapropraly touched my penis which also can be seen on
the dash cam
