The complainant alleges: He woke up in the hospital after an officer assaulted him and took his property for no reason. The officer turned his camera off, pointed his gun at him, and told him he was going to tase him. He was in the hospital unconscious from until . He was told he was having seizures and he almost lost his life. He has pain in his mouth, and he almost lost his teeth. The complainant does not know if the officer was racist or just taking something out on him. He feels this officer does not need to be an officer and he does not feel comfortable with him on the police force. Case This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
