OF GINE OFFICE OF POLICE OVERSIGHT FOUNDED NOTICE OF COMPLAINT December 9, 2022 ICMS #: 2022-1115 On December 8, 2022, the OPO received a phone complaint. The complainant alleges: His car was broken into, and a pistol was stolen out of the lockbox. He is concerned because non-emergency told him to wait for a call from officers and he still has not gotten a call. He has been calling 911 relentlessly and he is a little concerned that a 45 pistol is registered in his name and when people start getting blasted, he does not want it to come back to him. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
