The complainant alleges: Resident submitting a complaint against APD's PIO office. Resident contacted the office several times on trying to obtain a phone number for legal assistance, and she states the people she spoke to were all rude and short with her. She spoke with two female employees, one older and one younger, neither of whom would give their names nor provide any assistance. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
