The complainant alleges: Officer went to talk to his son at and harassed him and put words in his mouth. They should have had someone who knows about disabilities talk to his son and explain things to him. Officer had no right to intimidate his son. Officers are falsifying records. He has all of the paperwork. This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
